About Pippa ~ GSP X Cattle dog (on trial 23/12/18)
Hi my name is Pippa and I’m an 8 week old German Shorthaired Pointer X Cattle dog. I’m a sweet, energetic and loveable pup. My most favourite thing is playing with my brother and sneaking up to him to jump on him.
I’ve been sleeping in my foster mum’s room, in a crate and I cry to wake her up when I need to go to the toilet. My foster mum is toilet training me now and I’m getting the hang of it, I just need you to remind me sometimes. I will need to go to puppy school and have consistent training to give me the best start in life.
I’ll grow up to be a medium sized dog. I’ll also need good fencing with no small gaps and I can’t go to rural fencing (e.g. mesh or wire).
I would love to go to a family where I’m included in their daily activities and am allowed inside when they are at home. It would be best if I went to home where someone was at home during the day or worked part-time, as I’d get lonely by myself. I love cuddles and following you around. I also really love to play outside and chase my toys. My foster mum says that my foster family will be really lucky to have me as their family pup.
My brother, Otis, is also available for adoption.
As I’m not yet desexed, I’m only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because I’ll need to be returned to a Dog Rescue vet for desexing when I’m approximately 5 months old.
For more information or if you would like to meet me, please contact my foster carer Sam on samantha.cassel@hotmail.com I’m in foster care in Maryland, NSW.
Pippa's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
If there is a phone number listed in the dog's profile then you can also phone for more information.
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption. More details of our Adoption Procedure on our website: https://tinyurl.com/adoptproc
