About Muttley
Gorgeous boy Muttley is full of love and is always happy to share his time with his special people.
Muttley is a senior boy who is showing no signs of slowing down just yet. He loves his short walks and play time. Most of all, Muttley LOVES his tennis ball! (See attached video). He has so much fun rolling it around and passing it to you so it can be rolled for him again and again.
If you live a quiet life and would like to share your days with a special little companion, Muttley may be the boy for you. He would be extremely happy if he had someone at home with him most of the day.
Considering the changes he has recently gone through, he does become a little anxious when he thinks his people have left him. We think he will calm down once he has settled and realizes he is home and loved and that his family will always return. Moving homes has been very confusing for him. A stable environment where his family are home majority of the time will be perfect for Muttley to help him feel safe and secure.
This very sweet boy is toilet trained and wants to be inside to be close to his humans. He is happy to share his home with other small, friendly dogs but is not keen on cats.
The best home for this little guy will be one with older children/grandchildren. He is a very happy boy but due to his age, he is much more relaxed in a calm and peaceful environment where he doesn't need to feel 'on guard' and can relax and enjoy life.
if you believe you have a special place in your home for this handsome boy, we look forward to hearing from you.
Currently in care in Safety Beach, Victoria
Medical notes
We are unsure if Muttley has even received Heartworm preventatives.
Muttley has been diagnosed with a grade 1-2/6 medial patella luxation. This means Muttley can have early onset of arthritis. Surgery for this is usually reserved for cases much more severe. Medical notes will be supplied to serious enquiries.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
