Barney

Barney is extremely loving, obedient, house-trained, and super smart. Having come from a loving home, but not the right home, we are now on a mission to find the perfect forever home. Barney needs a family who understand the need him to have love and boundaries in equal measure. Barney needs a family who will be prepared to offer gentle guidance and continue his training regime. He also needs a strong-minded family who give clear consistent instruction so he knows his place in the family. Barney is always waiting to be told to do something, he is a worker, and enjoys being busy and taking commands. Barney enjoys having another canine companion so he can romp and play with. Barney is a great dog but you will have to talk to his trainer/foster carer before taking him so that we can see if you both are a good match. He is very lovable and wants to please but it is important that he goes with experienced dog owners.
