About Fergus
This is 4 month old Fergus, a beautiful black rouged kitty; if you look closely, you'll see he has rather elegant stripes through his coat and his tail is also very special. He is already de-sexed, microchipped and vaccinated, and has been wormed and flea treated – so he is ready and waiting to find his furever home.
Fergus loves dogs (a German Shepherd and a French bulldog share his home), and they sleep, play and snack together. He also gets along very well with the bunny and cats and kittens who live with him. He rather seems to think he is a fearless panther!
Fergus loves his humans too – a pretty multicultural pet all round. And one who should settle easily in his new home.
Fergus is an inquisitive cat and loves to play and explore. He has also learned to enjoy snuggles, so he is very keen to be picked up and smooched by his carers. These are always rewarded by what is a pretty loud purr for a little guy.
If you would like to learn more about Fergus, and to arrange a meet and greet at his Ebenezer foster home, please contact his carer, Jasmin.

Our animals are rescued from various pounds and shelters and placed in Foster Care until a permanent home can be found. Our volunteer Foster Carers are located throughout Sydney, Australia and are only too happy to assist you.
DCH Animal Adoptions relies solely on our adoption fees and the generous support of the community to continue our rescue work. Many times, we are faced with large veterinary bills due to the illness and injury that comes along with looking after pound rescues.
If you would like to sponsor an animal or to donate to DCH to help us assist more animals in need, then please visit the following page:
