About Roscoe ~ Staffy x Mastiff (on trial 24/12/18)
Meet Roscoe, a little rascal that will melt your heart instantly. He is an and 8 week old Staffy x Mastiff puppy who is as adorable as he is rambunctious, persistent and clever. He spends the day playing with his brother, Louie and doing the things most puppies love like wrestling, tackling, and running around with his tennis balls or stuffed animals. You can already see his robust, devoted personality developing, he is going to be a very loyal and loving boy.
Staffy pups are boisterous with busy little jaws that love to chew, so without safe alternatives available and a watchful eye, things like shoes and furniture can become fair game before you know it.
Roscoe is curious and active, but an incredibly intelligent little boy that learns very quickly, even though his cheeky nature will push the boundaries. He’s living life indoors with his brother, but working on potty training, so there are frequent trips outside to play and try to keep indoor accidents to a minimum. Roscoe will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
Roscoe is going to make an incredible companion or addition to a family, and he’ll always be ready for adventure by your side. He thrives on being with people and getting heaps of affection and praise, and wouldn’t be an appropriate pup for being kenneled or left alone for long periods of time. He’ll require training, consistency and patience to continuing developing into a well behaved little gentleman, and no doubt be the king of your heart in no time.
Roscoe’s brother Louise is also available for adoption.
As Roscoe is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Roscoe, please contact his foster carer Christy on bella5025@yahoo.com Roscoe is in Cardiff, NSW (Lake Macquarie, near Newcastle).
Roscoe's adoption fee is $550 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
