About Ryder 💚
This adorable little lady will melt your heart ❤️️ Ryder is in foster care with another small host dog, who she gets along great with. Ryder is everyone's friend and super dog friendly. She has shown no food aggression or dominance with other dogs during her time in care and doesn't appear to have any fears. This girl just loves everyone!
Ryder has been well socialised with older children on a daily basis. She's now beginning to recognise her name, and is super active and playful. She is currently in the process of being toilet trained, and whilst she can be stubborn, it's only a matter of time and persistance before she'll be toileting like a pro. With ongoing training in her new home, Ryder will grow up to be a loyal, well mannered young lady. With the teething stage fast approaching, Ryder will also need plenty of chew toys, bones and KONGS to help her get through this stage.
We are looking for a family or person who is willing to put in the time and effort with training and socialisation for Ryder. Someone who understands the needs of both a Husky and Mastiff would be ideal. She will need continued socialisation with other dogs during the puppy stage and into adulthood, as well as ongoing training so that she grows up to be a well mannered and socialised girl. We believe that Ryder will be a medium to large dog when fully grown. She is a beautiful natured puppy, and given the right environment we are sure that she will grow up to be an extremely loyal, well mannered family member.
We would love to help get you started with training, so our amazing supporters, Best Friends - Erina, have kindly offered to include a 5 week Puppy training course with all of our Puppy adoptions (up to 16wks of age)....The Best Friends Puppy Pre-School service is a fun and interactive five-week training course that covers puppy behaviours, diet, health, grooming, exercise and play, with an emphasis on socialisation, command training, health and care. Their aim is to teach you positive ways to train your puppy in basic skills such as ‘sit’, ‘drop’, ‘stay’, and how to walk well on a lead, but also how to control your puppy’s not so desirable behaviours like toileting inside, biting, mouthing and separation anxiety.
Ryder is located in Berkeley Vale, on the Central Coast, NSW. Her vet work will be complete on Monday 17th December and will be ready to head off to her forever home from Wednesday 19th December.

Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
