About "Mecka"
Mecka is full of love and will make an ideal little companion dog. He is a quiet little fella that loves to follow you around, snuggle with you on the couch, take short walks with you, and basically be by your side. Another of his favourite things is sitting with you to get brushed, oh how it feels sooo nice. He is happy to be around small dogs but being a little tot, big dogs scare him a little. Mecka is fine with cats and children, although would best be suited to older, quiet and gentle children. Mecka would love someone to share their life, home, cushions and blanket with.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
