About Angelica
Hi. This is Angelica here, also known as super mum. Rescue Hub took me in a few months ago after I ended up at the pound heavily pregnant. Unfortunately, this was not my first litter, I've been used for so many years for human profit. But now I am de sexed, had all my damaged teeth removed and my beautiful and healthy last litter have been adopted and I am ready to start a new life.
I am around 5 years old, Irish Wolfhound x and I am around 32 kg in weight.
I can be timid when meeting new people and some sounds I am not used to will scare me, so please be patient with me and I can show you what a happy and playful girl I really am.
I walk well on the lead, but I am better with another fur buddy to lead the way, so many noises and things I encounter are so new to me. It is like I am just beginning life as a puppy but I am at least five years old!
I love other dogs of all sizes, and I'd love a friend of similar size to me that I can play with in a big yard. I'm also fine in the company of cats! I've met children, from a young age up. Since I have being in foster care and I know how to be very gentle with the small ones too.
My foster mum says I'm too big to be a lap dog, but I love lots of attention so much that I'll snuggle in close anyway! If you allow me too I will sit on your knee, but only if you want me too!
You'll never go far without my company, but if you do, I'm good being on my own if you leave me something to do while you're gone.
Because I'm just beginning my new life, I'd love a home that can be patient with me, and show me the basic obedience of being a dog.
I am a very quick learner, so learning any rules won't take long. Please get in contact if you think you are my new home, let me start the New Year off perfectly!
