About Nora(now Daffney)
Hi mi Nora and I am the real life BFG!!! I am the sweetest girl you will ever meet, or so I've been told.
I'm a Great Dane but I think I'm the size of a Chihuahua, I still fit on my foster daddy's chest for a nap....well kind of.
I love my foster family so much and they love me too, I always give them hugs and affection. Wherever they are I just come up and rest my pretty face on them - slobber and all.
I love to run and play with my foster brother and sisters some of them are even cats and I love to make new friends both furry and not, I've even met a couple of young children and am very comfortable with them cuddling me! I am looking for a home where I have another doggy friend to keep me company while you're out of the house, I love to run and play so would love a friend that can keep up with my long gallops!
I can be very cheeky and like to taste what you're eating, sometimes without asking. I know I'm not really allowed to but sometimes I still try. I'm really smart and know how to sit, wait and eat. My foster mummy has taught me how to shake and together we are working on other commands, but sometimes I can get a little distracted still! I hope my new family can continue to teach me so much about the world like my foster family have been.
So what do you reckon? Can I come home with you?
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
