About sophie
She is a beautiful 18 month old Manx X. Sophie is the most talkative, sweetest, affectionate kitty kat. She is a very petite girl, quite small, but has the biggest heart. After finding herself in the pound with 7 babies pending birth, pound rescue saved her and took her into care and prepared for the large litter. After raising such a big family, Sophie was kind enough to take on an orphan litter of 4. She is an amazing girl who loves to talk to you! She’s good with other cats, kids and cat friendly dogs. Cuddles and pats are a must or she will seek you out until she gets them. She needs a home with lots going on or she would get lonely.

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on.
Please then follow up with a phone call to Mariette on 0404491918 or Debra on 0412 698 117 and we will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
