Poppy

Hello, I'm cute little Poppy and I'm looking for an energetic family to call my own.

As you can see, I'm a Cattle dog cross so you know what that means ..... I'm full of beans and the life of the party!!

I really really really want a family who promise to give me lots of attention and include me in as many family activities as possible. Big daily walks, regular trips to the park or beach and lots of playtime in the backyard are an absolute must for me as I have soooo much energy.

I don't want a home where I'm left in the backyard alone for most of the time as I will bark due to being so bored. That's not the life I'm dreaming of!

I don't think I'd like a home with really small children as they seem to scare me a bit and I can be quite bouncy so I may accidently knock them over. Older kids who'll play with me would be great though.

I would love to be shown some more doggie manners so I can grow up to be a well behaved girl. I can already sit and shake, so I'm sure with your help I'll be learning new things in no time.

I'm hanging out with a new friend at the shelter and although I don't mind other dogs I'm not overly interactive with them so I'd be just as happy being an only dog and getting all of your attention to myself.

When I arrived at the shelter I had some hair loss across my back and was covered in fleas. My new family needs to promise me that they will continue with regular flea treatment and give me baths with medicated shampoo so my coat will always be looking it's beautiful best.
