About Nuggy
Nuggy is now around 1 year and 8 months old. He is an adorable Foxie x Chihuahua with a stunning, glossy coat of white and cream.
Cuteness, fun, adorableness and a pocket rocket rolled in one gorgeous little dog but so well behaved and so willing to please. He has the sweetest nature and loves to snuggle with you on the lounge. His favourite thing is a belly rub.
Nuggy has had his Laxating Patella operated on but well on his way to running around just like he wants to.
Nuggy had a had a really long chat this morning with his foster Mum about exactly what he is looking for in a new family.
* He would love someone to take him on even small walks as he loves walking.
* Nuggy loves children and children really love him.
* Someone to snuggle with on the lounge because he is a real snuggle bum kinda boy and will sit beside you for ages.
* Maybe someone who still wants a dog that loves to play (he still is a puppy) but also loves to sit on your knee watching tv.
* Nuggy did mention that as his heart is so large, he would rather be the only doggy in the home preferable and no cats please.
* He must also be allowed to be an inside/outside dog. To sleep inside of a night. Nuggy would love someone that does not work long hours. Nuggy just loves his peoples.
Anyone interested in Nuggy must be willing to travel to the Illawarra area.
His adoption fee will be $450 and Nuggy is desexed, vaccinated, worm, flee treated. Please complete the application below if you feel Nuggy would make a great new family member :)
Adoption details
We are a small ethical rescue who tries hard to rehome fur babies safely to loving forever homes
We do a Trial period is for 14 days to make sure the rescue pet suits the family's needs in a pet for them
We miss our rescues when they go on trial...so please send us a photo every second day at the least.
Any concerns/ issues within trial period - please let us know immediately so we can assist you with them.
And organise any treatment if it’s a medical issue or concern.
At the end of the trial period (or earlier if its love at first sight) please contact us to let us know your decision/ how you are feeling re: adopting.
All worming, flea, tick, vaccinations and any vet costs will not be covered by rescue after the trial period unless previously discussed and agreed upon by us (in special circumstances).
All Pups and dogs come with vaccinations covered by us until the end of trial period. They will be up to date with Flea, tick, heart worm/ all worm treatments when they commence the trial.
We arrange and pay for desexing of Pups when the Pup is old enough to have it done.
Adoption fee is required within one week of final decision being made. (See Deposit details in about section)
Once payment has been processed we will
request a photo of our lucky ex rescue/s in their forever home. Preferably with their new family.
This is so we can post our ex Rescue with their new family and share the excitement with our followers, sponsors, and of course us volunteers 😃🎉
We do understand there are circumstances where this is not preferred/ possible. If so, a nice photo of your new family member would be sufficient
We will then arrange to deliver any Veterinary information/ records & some paperwork for you to complete through your local council. This can be completed either online or in person.
For puppies we will send all ownership paperwork after the pup has been desexed
**Change of ownership and microchip is to be completed by the new owner within 2 weeks of receiving paperwork otherwise fines from the council may be incurred**
Once these steps have been finalised you will officially be Best Friends Forever 😃🐶🐱❤️ x
