About Gregory
Hi, I'm Gregory
Well the world is a big place when you are this tiny and I like to take my time in exploring.
Some might say I am timid, I think of myself as cautious and considerate. My sister (Gloria) is gung-ho out the door but me, I like to take my time, survey my surroundings, see what is happening and then quietly make may way through the door, into the garden or out into the world. Sometimes you won't even see me go. Don't get me wrong - once I'm out in the world I am go, go, go but it just takes some time for me to feel comfortable and able to express myself in new surroundings. You've felt that before, right?
I'm a little doggie with a big heart. I love to cuddle and snuggle and be by your side. I can see us having lots of fun together - you leading the way, me being by your side (actually probably a little behind you, just in case...). I wouldn't mind sharing my new home with another friendly dog, or cat, but would prefer a home with children over 15.
I am very partial to a belly rub, little rubs along the side of my face and along my tail. Is that weird??? Oh well, take me as I come.
I have heard all about puppy school and think I need to go to help what my foster mum calls 'my confidence'. Apparently, puppy school will help that grow which sounds good to me. I could do with a little growing.
So if you are patient and kind and understand the world can be just a little bit big at times, then perhaps we could be friends.
**Application Process** When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts to "send enquiry now" and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. Include current/past pets and their breed, children including ages that live with you or visit, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. The information you provide helps us match the dog you've applied for to the most suitable home. We use this information in lieu of an application form. We do not take applications for dogs over the phone. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. All of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you. www.secondchanceanimalrescue.com.au ...because they all deserve one!
