Rosie is very relaxed and loves to snuggle up on the sofa for belly rubs. She really enjoys being in physical contact with her foster carer. She is happy with one walk a day. Rosie is blind but adjusts quickly to her surroundings. She manages to get around really well but doesn't wander far away from her humans. She's happy to relax at home while you're at work. When out for walks, she's not very good with dogs that bark at her and really isn't very dog social. She's fine with the camels that she lives with unless they come right up to her face - that scares her because she can't see them. Rosie is living in foster care and you can speak with her carer if you're not sure about whether a blind dog would suit your lifestyle. Her carers think she'd be fine in a small backyard as she's not that energetic.
ROSIE CAN FLY!
A few hours flying is absolutely worth it for animals who are located remotely if it means they have the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to us about flying an animal to you. A flight to Perth usually costs about $150 but travel costs are negotiable and never get in the way of a good match up!
