Hi, I'm the gorgeous Hazel!

I was brought into the shelter when I was found near the highway, scary I know!
I am now on the search for a new forever family for Christmas, could that be yours?

I'm a typical Border Collie, being a working dog breed I'm high energy. I'd love to go for a daily run or 2 and I think I'd be pretty good at agility too. I'm super smart and can already sit, shake hands, drop & half roll over. My love for food makes training a breeze and I just want to please my people. If you allow me to be both inside and outside and include me in the families activities I'll be ever so happy!

I get a bit nervous around other doggies and prefer my furry friends to be well mannered and respectful of boundaries! If you're too hyper, hyper then I'll snap at you and warn you to back off but if you respect my space I'll be happy to hang out with you. Please if you already have another dog at home bring them in to meet me and I'll tell you if I approve :)

The girls at the shelter say I'm super gentle and sweet natured. Also, apparently I have a quirky personality, whatever that means? Alls I know is that I'd make a great addition to any family looking for an active doggy to become a part of the family.
