Possum

If a loyal, snuggle buddy is what you’re looking for then look no further! Possum is just the sweetest puppy and loves nothing more than to snuggle whether that be with a human, another dog or a toy!

Possum has the kindest demeanour and will stare at you with her soft eyes and make you melt. She loves exploring new places and takes it all in her stride, and is confident when out and about.

She is very intelligent and has already learnt to sit and come. Her recall is fantastic and will come at your first call. Toilet training is coming along very nicely, with only a couple of accidents in the house every now and then. She is trained to use puppy pads when inside, but will use the grass if taken outside. She sleeps well through the night in her pen and happily takes herself off to bed when she is tired. To ensure her intelligence is pointed in the right direction, a family committed to enrolling In puppy school and continuing training throughout her life is a must

Possum has been living in foster care with her sister and two large breed dogs. She is respectful of the dogs in the house and has learnt what’s nice and what’s rude. She enjoys daily games of tug, chasies and tumble with dogs 25x her weight!!

Having working breed in her, she will be a high energy dog and will need plenty of daily physical and mental exercise to keep her fulfilled. Possum also loves water and could definitely suit a beach lifestyle very well!

We are looking for a family with working breed experience or other very experienced families who understand the importance of training and the necessity for stimulation. Possum will need a family where someone is home more often than not, another confident, well mannered dog to give Possum some more direction would be a bonus as she thrives off other dogs company. She will need a family where she is included as part of the family and not left outside during the day, a warm comfy bed to sleep on inside is also a must.
