This gorgeous, bouncy, lovable 2 year old Akita girl is waiting in a shelter environment for someone that truly understands her breed to come bust her out.
Yula is a tall, slim and full of beans. She loves running around the yard and playing zoomies and then a good ole game of catch me if you can 😂
She is very affectionate when there are no distractions around and will happily work for a treat.
Yula has zero idea of how to behave around other dogs and gets a bit intense when she sees them - she’ll drag you over if you let her or will stage a lay down protest if you try to take her away. She needs a family committed to teaching her appropriate greeting skills to both dogs and humans, so obedience training is compulsory.
Akita lovers will appreciate her stubbornness, aloofness and devotion when she accepts you as family. Yula needs a home with secure fencing, no young children and no other dogs.
