About Shay
Hi, I’m Shay. They say good things come in small packages, and I’m no exception! I’m a petite and gentle girl, though I can be a bit shy and timid when I meet new people or things. Once you get to know me though, I’m really a very sweet girl. I think I’d like a home in a quieter neighbourhood, somewhere in the ‘burbs while I learn about this big wide world. I do like other dogs as long as they’re the bigger kind, so I wouldn’t say no to a doggie companion. Kids are OK too, as long as they’re a bit older while I to come out of my shell.

Adoption details
Once we have found your new greyhound we will send you an application form to complete and return. Then we will arrange a house check. It is important that the right hound goes to the right home! We can arrange for you to meet the dog/s and they can meet your family and/or other pets. Our hounds go “on trial” with your family for a minimum of 2 weeks. We have dogs that are small dog and cat friendly.
We expect greyhounds to be 'indoor dogs' and not left alone for long periods of time. Ideally they would have a doggy or human friend for company most of the time.
