About Pemba
Looking for a loyal companion? Then look no further!
Pemba is a sweet and affectionate, mature girl who longs for humans of her own. She loves pats and cuddles and would happily snuggle the day away with you on the couch. This girl is happy to meet people when out and about, but she is one loyal dog who you will find just by your side. You won’t find a more loving personality in a dog.
Pemba is social with other dogs when out and about and is currently enjoying regular trips to the dog park, though she is more people centred and more likely to follow you on your walk than run off playing with others.
At home she loves being the centre of attention and will be looking for a home without another dog so she can get all the attention that she deserves.
Being a mature lady she has good manners around the house and basic training including being able to sit and walk nicely on a lead.
She will need a dog experienced family, as she can be a bit stubborn when asked to do something she doesn’t particularly want to do. Pemba is a small, chunky girl under 20kg.
We are looking for a quiet retirement home in an adult only household where Pemba can get all the love and attention she could want.
She will require someone home more often than not for companionship, and despite her age someone who is happy to still take her out for a regular wander. She should have access inside the home and a warm comfy bed to sleep on at night. She is not suited to a home with cats. All she wants is someone to be her human who she can be a loyal companion to, and whoever this is will be ever grateful for the love she has to share.
If you would like to offer this lovely girl a home, then please let us know by completing a dog adoption enquiry form on the fetching dogs website.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
