Who makes up your family including ages of children?

If you do not own your home do you have written permission for a dog?

Have you had a dog before and when?

How long would the dog be alone for each day and during these times how would you prevent pup from becoming lonely and bored?

(We will not re home a pup where a pup is alone long hours unless the pup can go to doggie day care of have company most of the time. They need to be eased into time alone to prevent developing seperation anxiety)

Where will the dog sleep at night?

Please add any information that indicates you understand the needs and behaviors of dogs, especially when young e.g. toilet training, chewing, mouthing.

Please only inquire when you are ready to take a dog home at the time of the "meet and greet" e.g. have puppy proofed your home, purchased everything you need and all decision-makers are present. We cannot hold dogs.
