About Murphey ~ Staffy x Labrador (on trial 6/4/19)
Meet Murph! Murphonator, Murphy-boy, Murphatron, Sir Murphalot (his forster mum has given him a lot of nicknames) is a beautiful and goofy 9 month old Staffy X Labrador boy who was saved from death row at the pound. He is now loving the home life, learning new things and running amuck with other dogs.
Murphey has lanky, long legs of a Labrador and a beautiful black coat.
Murphey LOVES a snuggle, his favourite place to be is on your lap snoring. He is a growing pup and loves his food and treats.
He is perfect travelling in the car and is settled even on long trips, he is happy to nap or just stare out the window watching the world go by. Murphey has been very well socialised and is very happy to be around other friendly dogs. He loves people and is very gentle so would suit any kind of family.
Murphey is a goofball who is still growing into his gangly legs, he likes to trip over nothing and act like it never happened. His ideal doggy mate will have to be able to keep up with him as Murphey is full of energy. Murph will need a decent sized yard where he can run around and play.
He has learnt so much in the time since he was rescued from the pound. He has learnt the ‘sit’ and ‘wait’ commands, he is toilet trained and comes to his name when called.
He sleeps inside of a night on his bed & sleeps through the night.
Murphey would love a family to call his own, but would be more suited to a family that is home more often than not or already has a dog to keep him company.
