About Mushoo
Mushoo is a bubbly pup that has risen in confidence since arriving into foster care, showing to be social with other dogs of various ages and sizes. She has shown that she is quite high energy and is not looking for the lap dog lifestyle. She would be perfect for a home that is looking for a small/ medium energetic addition to the home that has another dog for both company and play.
Since we have gotten to know Mushoo, we have seen that she has probably not been held too much in her short life and is still learning to settle down when being cuddled and doted upon. She is quite smart so she is figuring this out pretty quick though.
Her new home will need to be prepared to take her to puppy school and obedience classes to help her learn how to settle around new stimuli and just generally around the home; in and out. She will need secure and safe fencing, especially free from any gaps and holes and for safety we'd say at least 5ft or over in height. But she has shown to adjust well to rural fencing so she is suitable for this for the right home.
Older kids are best suited as she is still learning not to jump up or puppy bite when over excited and this may scare young ones. She has met some cats whilst in foster care and wasn't typically phased by them past just general puppy curiosity. She will need to be allowed inside at night, to be safe and secure in her new home.
She is already showing to have picked up her new name and recall, crate training and toilet training are going well for her age and she is learning to sleep all night as well.
Her new home will need to be prepared for continued socialisation and obedience training as she grows and develops and someone who can both mentally and physically stimulate her as well to make sure she is exercised sufficiently.
Mushoo is located in the Lower Hunter Valley region and her adoption fee is $500 .
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
