About Benji
This ginger lover boy is such an awesome cat! Benji's jaw was previously fractured and some of his lower teeth had to be removed, which gives him his trademark smile. It doesn't cause any health problems for him and he is able to eat dry food just fine. He is a bit drooly since he can't fully close his mouth, but wiping his chin for him is a small trade for all the love and entertainment he has to give! Benji isn't a lap cat, but he doesn't mind being picked up for short periods and on cold nights he will happily snuggle next to you in bed. He also loves to follow you from room to room and keep you company. He's always cheerful and loves food, attention, and playing. Benji gets along with other cats and with children. As with all our pets, a two week trial is required to ensure Benji and your home are a great fit! Benji's adoption fee of $150 includes his desexing, microchip, flea and worm treatments up to his date of adoption, and vaccinations up to the date of his adoption. Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting a companion animal, please message us. You will need to complete an application form, which will be assessed along with any others that have come in at the same time. You can meet the pet before or after applying. In some cases more than one meeting may be required.
We may also conduct a home check to make sure that things like fencing are suitable for the pet, and provide advice on helping the new pet settle in.
If your application is approved, the pet can go to your home on a two week trial once the adoption fee is paid.
If for any reason the trial is not successful, the adoption fee will be refunded less a $25 admin fee.
