About Gillian
**TAKING PRE-ADOPTION ENQUIRIES NOW**
Gillian is one very special kitten! In foster care with Maggie's since she was found, crying on the side of the road, at just five days old, she has absolutely thrived and is now the most beautiful and affectionate little girl :)
A total darling in both looks and purrsonality, Gillian is always smiling (it's a bit of a trademark!), thinks everything is wonderful, and loves to snuggle and play! Her favourite game is called 'boop', whereby she will closely examine her foster human's face, then boop her softly on the nose with her paw. Her foster carer says 'boop!', and then boops her on the nose in return. Gillian will happily play this game a few times in a row with a big-eyed smile on her face.
Gillian is taking pre-adoption enquiries now, and will be ready for her new home after her first two vaccinations.

MY IDEAL HOME: I would adore some safe outdoor access during the day, so I can sniff, roll and explore nature - a cat enclosure or secure courtyard would be perfect! I'm also a huge fan of human company, so a huge bonus would be a household where somebody is usually home and will enjoy hanging out with me.
Also... can I please sleep on your bed? There's nothing better than snoozing the afternoon away, surrounded by my human's familiar smells, then cuddling in beside you at night :)
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Typical kitten! I'll mellow a bit eventually, but right now I'm full of the joys of life.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I haven't met any children yet, but I sure would love to! My nature is very well suited to the companionship and energy of a loving family environment.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love the kittens in my foster home - so even though I've never met any other animals before, I'm likely to do just fine with your resident pets given a careful introduction!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry-cats. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
