Hi! My name is Toby and the time has come for me to find my forever home.... I am taking applications pending my "big boy operation" I am not really sure what that means, apparently something about visiting the vet surgery and having a sleep?

I love people, I love nothing better than leaning in for a pat, I am quite large, so sometimes I accidentally knock people over. I really like other dogs, even smaller ones, I can be a bit rude when I first meet other dogs but I have the best intentions. I have met a few 'cats' they are interesting creatures and I think we could get along if they were nice to me.

You may have seen on the Facebook page that I went on a little adventure the other week, I do get a bit nervous when my humans leave me and for that reason I need secure 6 foot fencing. I can easily jump 5 foot, that extra foot is what keeps me safe. I learnt how to open the side gate when I went on my adventure, so now the gate is padlocked I am very secure and after staring lovingly at the humans and giving them my best sad eyes when they leave, I then spend the day snoozing, my foster ma knows this because she spies on me via a camera! Makes me feel important.

I am living with my foster sis who is a Dane cross and smaller than me, she is an energiser bunny who wants to play constantly, Im not the over the top playing kinda dog, I prefer just chilling with my furry friends. But she's pretty cool and keeps me company when I get a bit worried when home alone. I LOOOOVE going on walks and I walk nicely on the head halti, when we go for walks, I meet lots people and dogs, its my fave part of the day!

I am learning some manners and because I love food, it makes it easier. I don't really bark, but i do like playing zoomies up and down the fence with the little dogs next door.
