Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Stella
Stella has a beautiful full body wag when she’s excited – like when she gets to meet new people! People are her favourite thing, followed by the ball, and when you put the two together she’s in heaven!
Stella is people focused and treat motivated so would be fun to train. It would also be a good way to fatten her up as she’s currently underweight and would love a home that will help her fill out her beautiful coat. She’s a smart girl who already knows ‘sit’ and will offer it many times if treats are available! She would fit right into a home which wants to teach their new family member the basics, like how to walk nicely on a lead. This would also mean she could go on adventures (aka walks) with you every day – learning all the new sights and smells with her curious nature and expert nose!
If you’re looking for a youngster who will pick up new things quickly and will make you smile when you come home every day, then come in and meet the loveable Stella!
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Companion Animal Facility is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in a animal, please attend our facility in Goulburn to meet the animal and the Ranger team so that we can make sure that the animal is the right match for you. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone or via email.
Once you have decided on which future pet you would like to adopt from the facility, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Companion Animal Facility by either cash, cheque or eftpos, provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic. This usually falls within 14 days of the purchase).
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog - $265.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $165.00
Entire Cat - $185.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $115.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)
Vaccination

Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Companion Animal Facility are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
Please Note: An animal listed on this page may already have had families express interest on the animal. Please contact us for further information.
