About Bronte and Cassidy
Bronte & Cassidy are 2 sisters rescued from Pyrmont. They are around 11 months old.
Bronte & Cassidy are in Foster care together. Bronte is the calico medium hair and Cassidy the quirky looking grey one.
They were rescued in around April this year at about 4 months of age and had a sister who was already adopted.
What their Foster mum says about them.
Bronte is an angel. She is sweet, funny and has the most gentle nature. She loves soft voices and playing with her fish on a stick. Bronte enjoys cuddles at night with her cat sister and our cat, Oreo, as well as night time snuggles with her humans. She is still a little nervous around strangers but soon trusts and melts hearts with those eyes. Bronte would suit a quiet and peaceful environment where her sweetness could shine and another kitty friend would be the perfect match for this little purr machine.
Cassidy is an adventurous and free spirited baby. When she first came to us she was hissy and very scared of all humans but with patience she has slowly learned to accept our touch. It took more time with Cassidy but she has so much love to give. Cassidy also responds well to Reiki meditation. She enjoys her freedom so a place with a small outdoor area or fresh air with a tiny bit of adventure would be suitable for her. She also loves her big brother Oreo, so an older male cat could be good as a companion. An experienced cat owner would be the best match for this special little girl.
Adoption details
Once your fur friend is chosen, prospective adopters will fill out an adoption application and arrange a date for us to do a home visit. The purpose of the visit is to make sure that the environment is appropriate and that the animal is the best match for you.
No experience raising a cat no problem. We will help you set up every step of the way and provide on going post adoption support 24/7!
We prefer that our adoption cats and kittens should be indoor animals, with occasional, supervised outside access where appropriate. The reason for this is to minimise the impact on native wildlife and to make it less likely that the animal comes to grief through motor vehicle impact and exposure to FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) through cat fights. Our adoption fee is $240, which is a non-profit amount covering desexing, microchipping, first F3 vaccination, flea and worming treatment and transport.
