Hi my name is Sam,

I came into care completly mattered - it honestly took hours and a few sets of clippers to help shave me.
I had bindi's and massive matts all over me, in my paws, underneath my arms and in parts that restricted me greatly!
Underneath all my fur was a gorgeous little dog which was me!
Of course I hated my hair cut and them touching my feet! But I felt so much better!

A little bit about me:
If I am to be homed with cats, I need a cat that can tell me off as I am quite fascinated by them.
I am currently in care with a maine coon x which is twice the size of me - I made the biggest mistake by trying to chase him but he just turned around and told me who is boss.
So now if he cuddles up to me I kind of freeze and try to move slowly but quickly away!

I am great with small dogs and large dogs that I am currently in care with.
However I do love all the attention!!

I love to swim, I have been down to the river on a few occasions and I love swimming with my foster mum and her dogs!
I also get super excited in the car and on the lead!
Oh gosh I do love my walks!!!!!!!

I need to be inside and a outside dog, as well as a family who just dotes on me!
I will also require ongoing grooming.
