About Lucky
Hi, my name is Lucky and I'm an American Staffy. I've just turned 2 so my foster mum says im an adult dog now.
I love sharing the lounge with my humans, going for long walks, playing with my ball in the back yard, and hanging out with my foster sister and brother. (I prefer playing with my brother though, hes much more fun).
Im curious about the chooks, so my foster mum wont let me play with them in case i chase them.
I am NOT cat friendly
I can get a little nervous when i meet new doggies and can sometimes bark at them, but once i get to know them ill be their bestest friend, so if you can give me a chance to show how good a friend i can become, a slow introduction is best for me.
I'm ready and waiting to meet my new family now, so if you are looking for a girl who loves to play and also likes to snuggle, I'm the girl for you.
Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue house all our dogs in care with foster carers in family homes. This allows the dogs to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. This gives us an opportunity to discover their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dogs would suit which family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial period for all potential adoptees so they can see if the dog they have chosen is a fit with their family situation. There is a $50 refundable deposit paid on the commencement of the trial period, which comes off the balance of the adoption fee should you wish to formally adopt your chosen dog. If you decide that the dog doesn't fit with your family, the dog will be returned into foster care, and the full balance of the deposit is refunded to you with no fees or charges.
If you wish to arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs in care, please call Dianne on 0400346347 or email dianne.north@hotmail.com
The committee and carers of Fraser Coast Animal Rescue are all volunteers, so please be patient with us if we don't answer your enquiries straight away.
