Hiya! I’m Lulu a happy, loving and high energy girl with a stumpy tail. I love to run. I’d make the best running buddy for a hooman, or a calm, playful dog that’s older than me. I love going to the beach. My foster mum says my big paws and small body make me look extra funny when I run on the sand and she can’t help laughing at me. I don’t care though. I just want to chase seagulls and go in the water with the other dogs and play while we’re there. I’m still just a pup, so I get really excited when I see other dogs - maybe a bit too excited? But I’m always nice to them.

Then we go home and I have a biiggg sleep. When I wake up it’s go go go again and time to play with the small hoomans. The six year old knows how to keep me in line so I never jump up on her. But I can’t resist jumping up on the two year old, so my foster mum says I’m not suited to living with very young children, or small animals.

I’m teething at the moment, so I really enjoy chewing! I’m also one of those dogs that loves exploring the world and learning about new things with my mouth. I love to have lots of different types of chew toys that you can swap out - especially cold ones on hot days - so cool!

Did you notice in my photos that I’ve got a bung eye? The vet says it’s because of an old injury but they’re happy with it for now - I just can’t see through it. So when I walk on the lead, I walk on my foster mum’s right side so I can see her properly.

Right now I’m living in a home where my foster family are bilingual, so I tend to follow the cues of the older dog, which means I’m taking a bit longer to learn new things. I’d suit a home where you’re good at dog training and will take the time to make sure you’ve got my full attention, then give me hand signals as well as the verbal commands. I’ve learnt to wait nicely for my food and I’m getting better at toilet training … but that was totally new to me.
