Cody

Cody is a purebred minature apricot poodle, almost 6 years of age. He is still timid around strangers but with plenty of love and attention he will make a beautiful family addition. He is one of a group of dogs which were basically left to fend for themselves in a run-down backyard. Cody's coat was matted and unclipped and he was in a dreadful state when we rescued him. He is gradully putting on weight and his coat has been professionally clipped so he now looks like other poodles. Because cody is still very shy he would prefer if his new owner had another dog for companionship. He is not suited to being left all day by himself - he would fret and become very distressed. Ideally his owner should be home most of the day. Cody has a gorgeous nature but is gradually becoming more trusting and outgoing
