About Hudson - Meet and Greet organised
Hudson is a stunning three year old Long coated German Shepherd who is in care at Castle Hill.
This intelligent and loving German Shepherd was taken into care from a Sydney Animal Shelter. Hudson is in care and sharing his foster home with a mature aged female German Shepherd and he is respectful and playful.
This boy has a real personality and likes to be naughty from time to time so we would suggest a home who understand the shepherd breed.
Being a big boned dog Hudson is suited to a home with older teenage children. Still learning to be house trained and sleeping all night in his crate this boy needs a good leader who will continue with his training.
Still learning the fundamentals to walk on a lead he is listening and is a work in progress. Hudson enjoys his playtime and daily walks but is just as comfortable snoozing on his bed
Hudson has yet to be tested with cats and pocket pets. Hudson would be a good companion dog for a similar sized calm female dog.

Medical notes
Hudson is desexed, fully immunised, heart worm tested negative and flea treated.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
