About Charlie
This has been a busy month for Charlotte! She was first surrendered back in mid-November (due to a relocation of her owner) and this is now her 3rd time at the shelter, and she is really hoping it'll be 3rd time lucky for her!
Charlotte's new adoptive family will need to be dedicated to giving Charlotte plenty of time to settle into her new home. Charlotte, like many cats, will benefit from being allowed to settle in over the coming weeks, and not be expected to settle in straight away as a brand new home and brand new family can be a lot to take in all at once, especially after you've just stayed at a busy animal shelter. Charlotte will benefit from having her own personal area set up for her (small to begin with, i.e spare room) where she can settle over the first week or two, gaining access to the whole house once her confidence increases. At the shelter, Charlotte has been affectionate and likes receiving pats when you spend quality time with her. Her original family gave her an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and she has lived with older children and friendly dogs too. Charlotte would like to be the only feline, thank you!
If you are ready to give Charlotte her last forever-home today, please come and say hello!
