About Mika
Hello, my name is Mika. I am approximately 15 weeks old - my foster mum doesn't know exactly how old I am because I was rescued from a storm drain with my brother Dewey. I am a healthy little girl, I am a domestic short hair and I have a tabby cat pattern. I have been vaccinated, desexed, wormed and vet checked and I am more ready than ever to find my forever family.
I am a curious kitten, I love playing - my favourite toy is my soft ball and a piece of ribbon with a peg on it that my foster mum made me.
I love playing by myself just as much as I love playing with my brother and my foster mum.
I would describe myself as a strong independent gal.
I used to like to keep to myself, but my foster mum has taught me to love and accept. I love to love and accept now. I enjoy a chat and cuddle in the mornings most of all. Because while you sleep I miss you. I am extremely inquisitive, I love discovering new hiding holes and nooks I can nap in.
I am also super clever, I like to say that I have a cat IQ of "meow" because I don't generally converse in the human language/s- but I am a very clever girl. I have often outsmarted my foster mum - but she would never admit that.
I like to lay in the sun when it beams through the windows on sunny Sydney days.
I hope my new home has lots of places to hide, toys to play with and a new friend to give me pats and chats when I ask for them.
I am an indoor cat and use my litter box without any issues. I love my scratching posts and not your furniture. I have not been exposed to dogs and would like to stay indoors only.
If you are looking for double the cuteness my brother is also up for adoption :)
Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous baby. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, those who we feel may be suitable, will be sent an Adoption Questionnaire to complete. Your enquiry will then be passed onto the appropriate carer and successful applicants will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
