About Piper
May I introduce you to Piper, a handsome young male, of the P-team who came as a litter at the end of August and they were about 4-5 weeks old. The owner could not afford to feed them and he was going away so could not take them with him. Mum was a cairn terrier cross and dad we think was a cattle cross. They were full of fleas and worms when they arrived, it took a couple of weeks to get the worms out of their system. Now they are beautiful mischievous, playful gorgeous, healthy pups ready for puppy pre-school and dog training. They have been desexed, micro-chipped, immunised, and regularly treated for parasites
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
