RILEY

Riley is a goofy, super-excited baby who will fall over himself to greet you at the door. He has a unique affinity for the sideways hug and has been known to fall over from leaning too heavily into a scratch.

He looks like goofball with his sexy-face nirvana smile and tongue lolling about, but is super-smart and laps up training. He can heel well on a lead (after the initial excitement) and will sit if not too distracted. He is being taught to wait at curbs until vehicles pass. He is staying very well at home and will wait with food on the ground until he gets the OK. Riley is very handsy, which is great for shaking hands but can be a bit wild with them sometimes. Riley would be in heaven as an inside dog as he just want to be with his family.
We feel this boy would benefit from having another play mate or a person thats home most days as he loves company.
Riley is a very sociable boy and loves other dogs
Riley would make a great best friend for anyone who is familiar with the cattle dog breed
We have not yet tested Riley with cats but feel he could be easily trained to accept
It will be sad to see him go but this goofball’s forever home awaits…
