Black Dog is a boy who needs an understanding home who will show him that the world can still be great after losing his best friend.

Black Dog is grieving for his dog friend who was very sick. He is still learning to navigate life without her and will need a family willing to give him time and create a solid and predictable routine for him.

He hasn't had much training or exposure to toys but he will play chasings with you and engage in physical play with his favourite people. He can be trained and has learned a few new trickes here and will follow a food lure to teach him new things.

He would do best with a quiet family who are happy to take their time to get to know him and introduce him to their life. He loved his dog friend but is not a fan of other dogs and for the reason we would prefer that he is the only dog in his new home.

Black Dog is very manageable on leash and will happily approach everyone for some pats. He is a beautiful boy waiting on someone to take a chance on him. Could that person be you?
