About Buck - South African Boerboel
Meet Buck, the cool dude on the block who is looking forward to finding his forever home. Buck is a Boerboel born on 28th December, 2015.
Buck is truly a great big teddy bear who just wants to spread his love around and be loved in return. He does forget his size and deep down he believes he is a lap dog!
He enjoys being out exploring the world and although he doesn't pull on the lead, he does have a lot of weight in that gorgeous body and will need a confident person walking him.
Boeboel's are known for their intelligence and eagerness to please and Buck is no exception! He is keen to please his human friends and ready and waiting to learn lots of new things. To help with his continued training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Buck enjoys making new doggy friends, however he does not realise his size and he can be a little rough without meaning to be. He shows no aggression whatsoever, he is just a big boy.
He shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety and although he doesn't seem bothered by loud noises or thunderstorms, we would recommend that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Buck would like to find a new home where he is given lots of space to run around. He would enjoy keeping his mind busy with regular exercise and a doggy playmate or plenty of activities to keep his mind busy.
Buck is a big gentle giant who is an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for the right family. This beautiful boy would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Buck will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly beautiful young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Buck's adoption fee is $600 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Buck is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Buck is listed as a Mastiff as PetRescue do not have Boerboel listed as an option for breed.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
