About Prince(now Freddy)
There is something very special about Prince. He is such a gentle soul with a sweet, lovely and relaxed nature. He loves to play and can be very funny and cheeky. Of course, he gets up to usual puppy mischief (so hide your socks!) but he is also very placid and has such a beautiful nature you just want to cuddle him as he is so affectionate!
He is sleeping well at night and toilet training is progressing. He will go outside and usually "tinkle" when asked and indoor accidents are less and less. He will respond well to ongoing training in this area as he is now making his way to the door and just needs to work out how to let us know he wants to go outside.
Prince is an inside/outside dog and loves being where people are, but he also enjoys his alone time. You will often find him sitting outside in the sun enjoying his own company looking around and taking in what is happening in the world. He also loves to play and wrestle with his foster brother 3-year-old kelpie x and they have a great time chasing each other around the backyard usually followed by nap time.
He is quickly learning manners and good behaviour. He can sit and wait for his dinner, sit on command, and wait to come in and out of the house. He is now learning to walk on the lead and really enjoys exploring his new environment. As he gets older and with ongoing training, he is going to be a beautiful boy to take for a walk. He has been socialising with new people on his walks and is always getting pats and cuddles from people he meets - which he just loves!
Prince would love a forever family that will be happy to invite him inside, so he can feel like a member of the family. He is also used to sleeping indoors and hopes this continues in his new home.
He can be a bit unsure at times with new experiences but with a bit of reassurance he is really starting to enjoy the world around him and is building up his confidence. He is just a loving, beautiful boy who will make someone a loving loyal life-long friend.
*Please note: Prince has had a heart murmur detected that will need ongoing monitoring at yearly vet checkups. All details will be discussed upon successful application*
