About Lolly
Just like the name, Lolly is as sweet as they come.
This long-legged lady is an affectionate and sweet-natured dog who seems to love everyone she meets. She adores getting her belly rubbed and she'll happily tell you to keep going if she hasn't had enough.
Lolly's favourite thing to do is to sit on the couch and watch TV with you. She went straight for the old armchair in her foster home and has stayed there ever since.
Lolly is a well-behaved dog that is house trained and follows directions well. She'll stand by the door when she needs to go toilet and she generally travels well in the car.
Age hasn't slowed down this senior, with Lolly loving her daily walks around the block. She walks well on the lead, but can sometimes can a bit spooked when putting on her harness.
Lolly will suit a home where she's kept indoors, but she does enjoy lying out in the sun too. She does have a tendency to bark at passing neighbours when she's in the yard on guard dog duty.
Lolly has been suffering from some dry skin, which can get a little itchy and has lead to an unfortunate hair cut. This is being managed with oatmeal shampoo and some regular grooming.
Considering her age and her loving temperament, this sweet senior lady will need a home where she'll be part of the family. She would be suited to an older family, as she likes to spend more of her time relaxing.
We have yet to come across a dog that Lolly doesn't like and she could easily share a home with another friend, as long as her companion equals her energy and is willing to share the spotlight with her.
Could Lolly be the one who sweetens up your home?
