About Swinny
Introducing gorgeous Swinny. He is a Kelpie born on 16th November, 2017 who is looking forward to finding his forever home.
With summer hot on our heels, Swinny could be the perfect addition to any home. One of his favourite past times is to chase flies - it amuses him for ages. Just think of all the fly bbq's you could have with Swinny by your side!
He enjoys being out for a walk and exploring the world. For such a young lad he has beautiful lead manners and is always happy to walk by your side.
Swinny is a super smart young man who really wants to learn new things. He has not had a lot of human love in the past and is still learning how to listen - but he is a very eager student. To help with his continued training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee with thanks to Wyong Dog Training.
Swinny enjoys the company of other dogs, but we would recommend a slow introduction as, just like us humans, he can be a little selective. While Swinny followed the rabbit, he did not seem worried by the chickens.
Swinny is an absolute delight and would make a super loyal companion for a lucky family. This handsome boy would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Swinny will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention. With his easygoing personality and thirst for life, Swinny would suit just about any family dynamic.
This incredibly beautiful young lad will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Swinny's adoption fee is $600 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Swinny is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Swinny, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email gosfordpound@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Swinny is looking forward to meeting you.
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
