About Snipe
Snipe was given to us by a drover because he wasn’t interested in herding the cattle but did enjoy running around and playing with the working dogs. He’s supposed to be a purebred Border Collie but looks like he may have some cattle dog in him.
Snipe’s a very nice boy who’s no trouble whatsoever. He’s a good boy with other dogs, big ones, small ones, puppies and fluffies and is friendly towards everyone he meets.
Snipe will happily play with a ball or other toys.
An active home with another dog would be ideal if his new owners are at work more often than not, that way they can play together and keep each other company.
Snipe’s not a high maintenance dog, he doesn’t ask for much, just a home where he will be taken out for walks and perhaps to the beach or off leash dog parks and included in family life. He has a great recall, knows his name and will respond even if he’s several hundred metres away.
To help with transport costs, we will accept a donation in lieu of a fixed adoption fee.
Snipe’s in care at Moree, NSW. We have flights to Sydney and further afield. Dog road transport passes through Moree on a fortnightly basis.
Enquiries to Denise on 0429 457 558.
Medical notes
Microchipped, vaccinated and desexed.
