Meet Shelby

Shelby is a happy and friendly girl that loves meeting new people. She always has a great time when toys are involved - soft toys are her favourite! She loves ripping the stuffing out of them and ones with squeakers are even better.

Shelby is good with most other dogs but would much rather be the only dog in your home. She has been in foster care with cats but was a bit keen on chasing them so will suit a home without any cats. She might be young but she is content with one or two small walks and some play time each day, nothing too adventurous needed for this girl.

Shelby is looking for a home where she can spend plenty of time hanging out with her humans, curl up on the couch with you or snooze on the bed. Shelby has had a rough few years, struggling with an ongoing skin condition and some funny looking knee-caps, but that doesn't slow her down! She will need a family that understand she will require ongoing management for her skin and can ensure she is seeing her vet regularly.

**Application Process**
When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. This includes current/past pets and their breed, children, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. Please note all of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you.
