About Harry
Harry is the most handsome, gorgeous dog who has untapped potential! As an abused dog he needs a special owner who will devote time to spoiling him and getting him socialised again.
Harry would benefit from a dedicated owner who will put in the time and patience to bring him out of his shell. Once he learns to trust I am sure he will give unconditional love and devotion in return. He is BRILLIANT with children and other dogs, ideally he will would be in a home with another dog.
He would probably prefer a single female as that is his comfort zone right now. He loves running around the backyard freely and going for walks on the lead and is quite the gentleman as he often sits with his front paws crossed.
He still has some puppy tendancies and has chewed a few shoes - but has never been taught to “play” just yet. In a year from now my dream is Harry has erased the memories of his past and only feels love and security as that is what he deserves!!
Harry has clearly been abused and shows a lot of trust issues. He doesn’t feel safe or secure and wants to or distance between him and humans. He has only barked a handful of times - only directed at the husband. We think whoever adopts him needs to accept he is scared and frightened still - and so he doesn’t behave with normal playful behaviour at the moment. But once he learns nothing bad will happen to him we truly believe he will recover.

All animals are to have a meet and greet where possible. if successful in adopting then a 2 week trial adoption will begin from the date you pick up your new fur baby.
