About Dughul ~ Pointer x Wolfhound (on trial 3/11/18)
Please everyone just stop! Just a minute to look at this most handsome, best natured gentle giant that you will ever meet. Let me introduce Dughul who is a 6 month old Pointer x Wolfhound. I cannot recommend this young fellow enough.
Dughul is good with cats, other dogs, children of all ages (currently living with a baby) and people because this boy loves a cuddle.
Dughul's training is going exceptionally well and he can sit, drop, stay and his recall is good and improving. He eats dinner on command. He can also use a doggy door which helps with his toilet training and travels well in the car. Dughul would love and benefit from someone continuing his training.
Dughul loves his toys and doesn’t destroy them, he does chew a little so chew toys and bones would be great, he is still a pup.
Dughul isn’t a high energy boy and likes to go for a stroll. A walking harness is a good idea for this boy. He is happy to be outside through the day playing with his doggy companion but especially loves his time inside with the family. He currently sleeps inside on his dog bed and we would like this to continue. He needs to be included in family time.
Dughul will make an excellent family dog as he is so chilled. He will need someone home often if there isn’t another dog at home with him through the day.
If you would like to meet Dughul, and hey why wouldn’t you, please contact Kelly on adoptmefromkelly@hotmail.com
