About Fletcher

Fletcher is a 14 week old pup. He is a little shy and takes his time to warm up to people but in time will become a sit in your lap dog.
Fletcher has a little independent side to him and will go rest on the bedding or in his crate when he feels like it.
Fletcher loves to play with other dogs big and small. His best friend in foster care is Duke a German Shepherd and Paddington a small mixed breed.
Fletcher also loves to follow the baby lambs and runs along with them never hurting them just playing and running.
Fletcher respond sto voice and knows his name (will come when called most of the time). He is crate trained and using his crate for comfort and to sleep in.
Fletcher is a very gentle and loving puppy once he is given time to adjust and be himself, he is such a delightful little puppy with a lot to give, just takes his time to show what he is made of.
He is one great puppy just needs to be given time to shine.
** Please note. As a condition of adopting Fletcher you must be able to bring him to one of our vets for his final puppy vaccination in two weeks and again for desexing when he is old enough. Our vets are located in Boronia, Cheltenham, Yarraville or Moe.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1. You see a dog you like.
2. Fill in our online adoption form by clicking here or on our website. Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.

3. If your are successful, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a meet and greet at your home and conduct a yard check at the same time.
4. Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. Adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
During the 2 week trial period, should you decide that this dog is not for you, you are welcome to return the dog (the more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available) and your payment will be retunded to you in full, within 3 business days of the return of the dog.
**PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BEFORE FILLING IN OUR ONLINE ADOPTION FORM**.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
