My name is Cleo (named after Cleopatra herself). Like Cleopatra, I am a proud, beautiful, intelligent and busy girl, who enjoys playing in the garden, chasing insects and playing with my toys. My foster family are very active which is perfect, because I love going for runs, running up Earl Hill and finding creeks to swim in.

Wherever my foster family take me, people stop and admire my beauty and good behavior. I relish in this because I get to meet new people, get pats and get to go to new places, such as Vivo at Palm Cove. My favorite thing to do is going to Holloways beach where my foster mum lets me off my lead to run with the other dogs whilst she reads her book. I have such a good time chasing and being chased by other dogs and digging in the sand. I am very social, nosy and love having human company. I will follow my foster family around the house to keep an eye on them in case they are ready to play. Of a night, I like to retire in my bed with my toys inside, where I sleep soundly until the morning.

I am toilet trained and have learnt basic commands such as Sit, Shake, Stay, but would love to learn more! I have learnt to walk without my leash, and I never stray too far from my family when we go on adventures. I am also car trained and told I am a “very good girl” when we go visit my foster Grandma in Townsville.
