Hi there, I'm big boofy Max and I'm looking for a home to call my own.

I'm a very big boy but I'm just a loveable goof ball.

I have a girlfriend here at the shelter and love to play with her all day. If you have a doggie playmate for me please bring them in so we can give each other the sniff of approval. I must admit that I do prefer the ladies!

I really want a family who will include me in as many family activities as possible so I feel like a true family member. Rides in the car, trips to the beach or park and playtime in the backyard will make me a very happy boy. I love my toys, especially playing fetch.

I can already sit and shake on command so I'm hoping with your help I can learn some more doggie manners.

Even though I'm a big boy I'm not a bouncy boy and the shelter staff have been told I've previously lived with children so I may be suitable to a home with kids who are happy to be around a big boy like me.

I'll just keep hanging out here until you come to take me home.
