My name is Lacey and I'm looking for a loving home!
I arrived in care heavily pregnant and a week later had 10 little babies, which I raised very well as I have had many litters before, thankfully this is now my last litter and I am desexed, I'm ready to find my forever family!
I love to play which includes fetch and tug 'o' war. I enjoy going for walks and exploring as well as chilling out in the sun or going for car rides. But most of all I love food and my family!
I'm a little shy at first so do take some time to warm up to new people. I love affection and cuddles with my family. I live with my big sister (Labrador X) and we get along well but just like any new dog I need time to get to know them. If living with a doggy friend I would enjoy a male friend.
I'm a good listener and am very smart, my foster family taught me to sit, shake, lay down & high five. I'm also toilet trained.
I'm a young pup at heart who would love nothing more then a family to call my own.
Medical notes

Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW. **
