Turbo

Hi my name is Turbo, Turbie for short.

I am a happy and loving boy and so darn cute. I love to be fussed over and am quite a sook. I love to cuddle and am always open to a good belly rub. I also love to play and spend time with my humans. If I don’t give you the ball when we play, I just want you to use your manners so if you say ‘ta’ I will let you have it. I am very well mannered.

I am great with people in general and especially love being around men. I would need a bit of training if I were to be around young children as I do tend to jump up and get quite excited whenever my people spend time with me or play. I would be great with a another doggie playmate. I don't like cats though so a feline-free home would be needed.

Walking me can be a challenge as I am just so excited that I tend to pull and get a bit silly when I see other dogs as I am so happy to see them, but with consistent training I am sure we can resolve this together. I really am a good boy though. I will sit and stay if you ask me. If you make an awwww noise I will automatically roll over for a belly rub. At night I like to sleep indoors and am fully crate-trained. I have not had a single accident! I am such a good boy.

I would be up for being an indoor/outdoor dog as I love to snuggle and spend time with my family as part of the family. If I am outdoors, I will follow you to every door or window of the house just so I can be as close to you as possible always and maybe you will come out and give me some attention. I get lonely without you.

As much as I enjoy running, despite my breed I cannot overdo it even though I want to as I have a bit of arthritis in my legs. Not that you can tell as I don’t show it, but if I run too much, I get a bit of a limp for a day or two especially after running on the beach. I am best suited to a large suburban yard as opposed to having free reign on acreage.

If you think I would be a good fit for your family I would love to meet you. I know you will fall in love with me as I am very cute and have a way of sucking you in with my 'Puss in Boots' look. It will melt your heart. I am a good boy and desperately want and deserve to find my forever home. I hope to meet you really soon!
